This is not included in the file (because I totally forgot and don't feel like adding it) so pay attention!
To make a new title in your journal simply put the following code:

1. Copy this into your journal without spaces between the "<" and ">" it is just written like that so you can read it in this section.
2. You have a choice between a pink, blue, and green header. If you would like a pink or green header simply change "headerblue" in the above code to "headerpink" or "headergreen".
To make a block (this is that black area you see at the bottom of the preview) in your journal simply put the following code:

1. Again, do not use any spaces except for between "div" and "class".
